Puppies

Congratulations to Polly! Polly had a litter of 9 puppies on Saturday 21st November 2009 in the early afternoon. She has 4 girls and 5 boys. So far, Polly and her tribe are doing well. The first photo below shows all nine puppies at less than 24 hour old.

And here is a very happy Polly (below) with her puppies at 4 days old. These puppies were sired by Jason (check out Jasons page). You can view the pedigree of both Jason and Polly here.

Polly had a litter of 7 boys and 2 girls on 8th July 2008 (below). Here is Polly, the proud mum, with her babies at only 3 hours old! All the puppies went to lovely homes.

Here is Polly and her puppies (aged 1 week old and still hungry!) See below;

Katie had her last litter to Amberland Aden on 19th April 2008. Katie had 9 puppies in total. Here is Katie below with the puppies at only 2 hours old.

We breed the occasional litter & are always happy to see prospective puppy owners here at Azteca. This gives us a chance to meet you before puppies are born & to see how you interact with the adult dogs as the tiny 8 week old puppy will be almost adult size before its 6 months old.

We try & stress the importance of obedience training as goldies are very strong when mature.  I’m sure you have admired the well trained dog, but he wasn’t born with good manners & it can take a lot of commitment in attending puppy classes & then adult classes. I really enjoy training as you meet like minded people. So please make sure you have the time take your puppy training.

Puppy comes with an extensive puppy pack which includes:

Kennel Club Registration

 5 generation pedigree

 6 weeks insurance with Petplan

 Usually 1 or 2 reputable dog food manufacturers puppy packs

A small amount of food for his or hers 1st meal.

Diet sheet

Worming certificate

When I register the puppies I put breeding & export restrictions on them. To lift the breeding restriction I require clear eye certificates, Hip & Elbow scores, plus I have to feel that you will be able to rear a litter as this requires a lot of time and quite a few sleepless nights!

Our litters are born in the house but by 5 weeks they are ready to go to the outside kennel where they come on in leaps & bounds, learning cleanliness & all the outdoor noises.

I usually know of reputable breeders in this area who have current litters.
